We have high aims and ambitions here at FC Elite Academy. We formed in early 2013 and have done alot to date. Our main aim is to continue doing what we've started and to continue growing grass roots football in the North of Birmingham.
We would like to create links with local groups and schools to continue on what we do and build new activities such as cricket, athletics, multi sports, archery and more! We would also like to offer After School Clubs and provide fun, active games for children who don't usually get to play the beautiful game away from school.
The Club currently operates from Twickenham Park in Kingstanding. We had one pitch when we first started 7 seasons ago. We have now developed the site and have 5 pitches which stretch from the front of Twickenham Park on College Rd, to the back of the ground towards Homerton Rd. We also have 10 training grids.
Our vision is to create a community hub. We would like changing rooms, a club house and toilets all on site over the coming years. The lease was approved in 2021 and we are looking to develop the site moving forward.
The Club works closely with Professional Acadamies. We have been fortunate to link high talented players from our academy to Aston Villa, West Bromwich Albion, Birmingham City, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Walsall Academy and more.
